When will it change and how can we change it? Will our specialty survive? First, the easy prediction. How far will the endovascular revolution go? Will all invasive treatments for vascular lesions become endovascular? It does not take a soothsayer to realize that more and more vascular lesions will become amenable to endovascular treatment.
