Kinesiology tape, or elastic therapeutic tape, is the hypoallergenic, latex-free and stretchy secret of athletes and fitness junkies.

Created by Japanese chiropractor Kenzo Kase, the tape is said to help stabilize muscles and joints, especially in those with chronic pain problems.
