Probably the best shampoos containing the yeast-busting medication ketoconazole. They are widely available over the counter in pharmacists (e.g. Nizoral). This shampoos should be used 2-3 times a week leaving the lather on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing.

5 Things NOT TO DO When Fighting Seborrheic Dermatitis

Your skin is reddish and flaky . . . so it’s dry, right? Not necesarily! If it is seborrheic dermatitis, then your epidermis has been catfishing you! Surprise! The source of your problem is more like a rash caused by oil/yeast.
